Our energy medicine sessions are hands-on or hands-off, so the session can meet you where you are comfortable. Some people want a light, quiet touch. Others want no touch at all. On our pressure line, from the lightest touch to the firmest, energy work sits at the hands-off end, the opposite side of the menu from deep tissue.

Anyone can come and try our energy medicine sessions. You do not need to know the vocabulary or have booked one before. Tell the front desk that you are curious when you call, and they will help you choose among the sessions on this page. The Fluid Energies price menu lists them at 60 and 90 minutes.

Cranial Sacral for the head, spine and sacrum

Cranial Sacral is a gentle and non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The touch is light, and the session is quiet. If you are used to firm pressure, this is a very different kind of hour, and it is worth knowing that before you book.

Cranial sacral work is listed for headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ, stress and tension, insomnia and more. We describe it the way it is listed, not as a promise of any result, and we do not offer it as a replacement for care from your doctor. It is priced at $155 for 60 minutes and $205 for 90 minutes.

Reiki with Matthew Avila

Reiki Practitioner is done by Matthew Avila, AS. He is an Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master. A Reiki session is fully clothed, so wear loose clothing and come as you are. It can be hands-on or hands-off, and you can say which you prefer when you book. If you have never had Reiki, that is a fine place to start, and Matthew can walk you through a session first.
