The three people ask for most

Medical, traditional and Thai massage.

Medical Massage

Medical massage usually addresses some kind of dysfunction. Your therapist evaluates you first, and then the two of you set specific goals: less pain, less often, more range of motion, fewer knots. A treatment plan follows.

Most plans start at twice a week, ease to once a week, then once every other week for about 10 to 12 treatments, then maintenance, unless your therapist suggests something different. Many patients come from their physician, and a prescription for massage or referral is not required.

Traditional Massage

Swedish is long strokes with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm, and it is considered one of the most relaxing styles. Deep tissue uses slow, guided strokes and firm pressure to reach below the superficial muscles. Aromatherapy lets you choose from our essential oils to suit your mood, and sports and prenatal massage sit on the same menu.

Thai Massage

An ancient healing system that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures. Your therapist guides you through stretches that cover the whole body, with deep pressure-point work. Thai foot reflexology, a hot herbal compress and a Royal Thai massage are on the menu too. No membership needed.

Most plans start at twice a week, move to once a week, then once every other week, for about 10 to 12 treatments, followed by maintenance. Your therapist may suggest a different rhythm for your situation.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you can fill out the intake form, and turn off your cellphone before your session.

Give us 24 hours notice to cancel without a charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service, and a no-show is charged 100%.
